The Kansas Court of Appeals will be convening in a special session at the Stevens County Courthouse on Wednesday, October 21 at 9:30 a.m. and Judge Kim R. Schroeder will be the presiding judge along with his colleagues Judge Kathryn A. Gardner and Judge Amy Fellows Cline. This morning docket is open to the public. Your attendance is welcome and encouraged.
Judge Schroeder was an attorney in Hugoton before being elected District Judge for the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District in 1998 and served in that position from January 1999 until his appointment to the Kansas Court of Appeals in 2013.
