Lt. Governor David Toland takes a tour of the High Plains Theatre with Jan Leonard. Lt. Governor Toland helped Hugoton in getting tax credits that made this all possible. He was very impressed in how everything turned out. He thought the Theatre had very good ideas in how everything was done!!!
