November 30, 2024. He was a County
Commissioner for three terms from January 2013 to the end of this month, November 30, 2024. Pat is also retiring from the City of Hugoton. He began working for the City of Hugoton in April 1998. He will be officially retired from the City in December 2024. Congratulations on your Retirement, Pat!
