Memorial Day is Monday, May 29. The annual Memorial Day Remembrance Services will take place at the Moscow and Hugoton Cemeteries.

Moscow services will start at 9:00 a.m. with Patty Lahey from Christian Fellowship Church in Moscow presiding. There will be a dedication for the new Columbarium. After the ceremony coffee and donuts will be offered at the maintenance building of Moscow. All are invited.

Hugoton services are planned for promptly at 10:00 a.m. Tim Singer of Assembly of God Church of Hugoton will officiate these services. Hugoton Masonic Lodge will also present a ceremony. Notice to All Veterans! You are invited and urged to join together in a “Walk to the Flag” ceremony. This is to honor all Veterans – from Veterans. Veterans lease plan to gather at the north gate to the Hugoton Cemetery 30 minutes (9:30) before the services which start at 10:00 a.m.
