“Hoppy” Easter! The Easter holiday is quickly approaching, and with it, several opportunities to worship at the local church of your choice. Following are some of the special services planned in the area.

Sovereign Redeemer Church will be hosting a showing of the movie “Polycarp” this Saturday, March 28, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Sovereign Redeemer is located two and three quarter miles west of Hugoton on Highway 51. Assembly of God announced they will have their Palm Sunday service March 29 at 6:00 p.m. Assembly of God is located at the intersection of Main and Second Streets.

A Community Good Friday service will be hosted over the lunch hour at Trinity Baptist, 516 Northeast Avenue, April 3, from 12:05 to 12:55 p.m.

Sovereign Redeemer also announced they will be having a Good Friday communion service at 7:00 p.m. April 3, as well as a Sunrise Service Sunday morning, April 5 at 7:00 a.m. followed by a Resurrection Day Service at 10:00 a.m. All services will be at the church, located west of Hugoton on Highway 51.

Moscow Baptist Church will host a Sunrise Service Sunday, April 5 at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast will follow.
